I had the most amazing experience at the hairdressers on Tuesday. I don’t even think the word amazing sums it up. From the front desk who were so lovely and welcoming, guided me to my chair, and then introduced me to the colourist who patiently took her time. We chatted and laughed and then I was put under a dryer that looked like a UFO slightly. My hair wash and head massage was pure bliss and then followed by the hairdresser who gave me a blow dry. The juice bar was so cool with a selection of nibbles. It was a perfect day and I can’t wait to go there again.

I had my nails done by Ruslana. She did an amazing job, super attentive to the details and very nice and friendly approach. The result is amazing. (I had biosculpure nails, they are not cheap but totally worth it)

So far so good! Called to book an appointment for a consultation for a cut and colour and the call was picked up by Ella. Ella was amazing and put me at ease helping me to discuss which stylist/colourist would be able to assist going forward. She made me smile when I put the phone down due to her manner. Secondly, I was also greeted by Victoria, when I went for my consultation, who was also extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. I mentioned how great Ella was on the phone and Victoria introduced me to Ella who happened to be standing next to her, so it was nice to see the face behind the call. I then met Elliot and Andre. What I loved was the atmosphere was so relaxed and they took their time to explain what they would do. Looking forward to my appointment next week and results

It was my first visit to Hershesons, and I had a haircut and blowdry with Caspar. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The cut feels so fresh and really suits me, and the blowdry has beautiful shape and volume. It honestly exceeded my expectations. Such a great first experience I’ll definitely be coming back!
